Pickup time depends on your hotel location and chosen schedule. Our driver will pick you up from your chosen pickup area if pickup service is chosen.

10:00 – 10:15 AM: Arrival at ATV Location
Reach the ATV activity location in Ubud and complete registration.

10:15 – 10:30 AM: Safety Briefing and Equipment Preparation
Get safety equipment such as a helmet and boots, then join a short safety briefing from the ATV guide.

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Ubud ATV Off-Road Adventure Adventure
Take in the ATV ride through rice fields, jungle trails, muddy tracks, river paths, and local village areas. The route may vary depending on weather and local conditions.

12:00 – 12:30 PM: Shower and Clean Up
After the ATV ride, clean up using the available shower facility.

12:30 – 01:30 PM: Lunch
Take in lunch included in the package after the ATV activity.

01:30 – 02:30 PM: Optional Rice Terrace or Swing Explore
If chosen, then head to the rice terrace or Bali Swing after the ATV activity.

02:30 – 04:00 PM: Return to Hotel
After the activity, your driver will take you back to your hotel or chosen drop-off point.

• Guests must follow the instructions from the ATV guide and activity staff.
• The ATV route can be muddy, slippery, bumpy, and wet depending on weather conditions.
• Guests must drive carefully and follow the guide’s route.
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
• Guests with serious back problems, heart problems, or serious physical conditions are not recommended to join this activity.
• If guests choose to join despite having medical or physical conditions, all risks are outside our responsibility.
• Children may join as passengers on Tandem ATV depending on age, height, and provider policy.
• Weather conditions may affect the route and activity experience.
• The itinerary may change depending on weather, safety considerations, route conditions, or local regulations.
• If there is a serious or minor accident during pickup, drop-off, or ATV activity, our responsibility is limited only to ambulance costs or transportation costs to the nearest hospital or clinic.
• We are not responsible for personal medical treatment costs, hospital bills, loss of personal belongings, or any additional expenses.
• Guests are strongly advised to have personal travel insurance.
• Cancellation and reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the activity starts.
• Late arrival or no-show may be considered a same-day cancellation and may not be refunded.

Pickup and drop-off service is available from chosen areas in Bali. Pickup time depends on your hotel location and will be confirmed after booking.

Please be ready at your hotel lobby or agreed pickup point at least 10 minutes before pickup time.
